The Cove is a modern, independent restaurant at the beach near Falmouth.  We are open from 11am for coffee, moving to lunch from 12noon.  Our evening a la carte menu is served from Tuesday to Saturday.  Our menu changes monthly and strongly reflects seasonal produce.

Our standards are high and we are an ambitious bunch looking for the right professional person to join our team.  Being a small kitchen, the role is varied and interesting covering daily lunch & dinner service plus outside catering & events.

We are looking for someone who is a great 'all rounder' with the flexible skills who can jump in where needed according to the needs of the business.  This will include running & organising service.  Experience in this area is essential.

An enthusiasm to learn about modern British cooking is important to us.  There are opportunities to expand the role & contribute to the menu, so would suit a strong creative cook with a good knowledge of local produce.

Most importantly we are looking for a chef with an unshakeable, down to earth, positive, mature & cheerful approach to join us in helping the business to evolve.  Must have excellent communication skills, be reliable & punctual.

Restaurant Waiting Staff - £competitive hourly rate plus tips

 

We are looking for restaurant waiting staff to help us deliver a high quality dining experience to our guests. Previous experience is essential. Naturally warm & friendly, you will love working with people & be passionate about great food & drink. You will have an eye for detail & excellent communication skills.  Experience in a similar restaurant environment is beneficial.  The ability to offer fantastic customer service with a smile & personality is a must.
