Just Peachy Cocktail Recipe
The Jubilee weekend is upon us and there’s no time like the present to start getting creative with your cocktails.
For those who are hosting coronation celebrations, need some beverage inspiration or just fancy a cheeky tipple at home to honour Her Majesty The Queen, this recipe is the perfect way to pay homage to the monarch and celebrate the start of summer!
Ingredients
35ml Belvedere
25ml Peach liqueur
15ml Lemon juice
15ml Gomme syrup
Splash of soda
Peach slices to garnish
3 drops of Rose Water (optional)
Method
Combine the vodka, peach liqueur, lemon juice, gomme syrup and rose water (if using) into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well for 20/30 seconds.
Fill a highball glass to the brim with ice.
Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass and top it with a splash of soda water.
Garnish with some peach slices and serve!
