Throughout the month of December, indulge in either a two or three course festive menu using fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients including turkey and all the trimmings.

Three courses £39.50

Coffee and mince pies included.

Starters

Jerusalem artichoke velouté,

curry leaf oil, toasted almonds 

Pressed chicken and apricot

terrine, pear and cardamom chutney, pickled vegetables, toasted sourdough

Pumpkin and sage

Agnolotti, truffle cappuccino, parmesan

Loch Duart cured

beetroot and juniper gravlax, horseradish cream and watercress, soda bread

 

Mains 

Roast Wickett’s turkey

apricot and cranberry stuffing, mashed potato, parsnip and vanilla puree,
seasonal vegetables, pan jus

Pan fried skate wing, caper

beurre noisette, tomato and samphire, minted new potatoes

Cauliflower steak, caramelized

cauliflower puree, artichoke crisps, sherry gel, cumin velouté, soaked golden
raisins

Braised shin of beef,

horseradish mashed potato, kale, roasted carrots, red wine jus

brandy cream , redcurrants

Passion fruit crème brulee
